Letter to the head of the Shiraz court about Khanum Muhtaram Mahmud-zadah Saqib's claim against Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar Dihkurah regarding one thousand seven hundred and fifty rials, which they have settled for two hundred rials. Sayyid Husayn coercively divorced his wife, in the presence of Sayyid Abu al-Qasim (prayer leader of ‘Ali mosque), with the wife waiving her mahr and the condition of no return after divorce. Now after five months, when she wants to marry another man, Sayyid Husayn claims that he wants to remarry her, even though her marriage contract has been abrogated.
